Designed a high-impact onboarding email campaign for Paramount+ as part of the first design team to transition to a Figma-based workflow for email production. I created hero artwork, banners, and animated GIFs in Photoshop, then imported and adapted them into responsive Figma layouts for both desktop and mobile.

This updated workflow significantly improved efficiency, enabling the team to deploy up to 500,000 additional communications per month while maintaining design quality and consistency. Once the layouts were approved in Figma, they were handed off to backend developers for HTML conversion and deployment.

The project demonstrates my experience in retention marketing design, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing scalable processes that directly improve operational performance and subscriber engagement.
