Overview: I regularly designed a sports-focused retention marketing newsletter and matching marquee for Paramount+, created to support ongoing subscriber engagement across key sports programming. Each edition was built to deliver timely, high-impact content while maintaining strong visual consistency with the Paramount+ brand, helping keep sports fans informed, excited, and connected to the platform.

Objective: The goal was to create a repeatable creative system that could highlight upcoming games, featured matchups, and promotional priorities while reinforcing the Paramount+ brand across both email and on-platform surfaces. Because the work was part of an ongoing retention effort, the design needed to feel current and energetic every week while still remaining cohesive and recognizable from send to send.

Challenge: One of the main challenges was designing within the fast-moving nature of sports marketing, where schedules, priorities, and featured content could shift quickly. Each edition needed to accommodate changing programming windows, different leagues or events, and evolving promotional needs, all while preserving clarity, polish, and consistency. The creative also had to be highly readable across devices, with a structure that made information easy to scan for subscribers looking for upcoming sports content at a glance.

Approach: I developed a flexible design system centered on strong content hierarchy, dynamic sports imagery, and scannable layouts that could adapt from week to week without losing visual continuity. The newsletter and matching marquee were designed as a connected set, ensuring a unified campaign look across channels. By balancing energy and readability, I was able to create a system that felt visually engaging while still supporting fast updates and efficient production.

Execution: For each edition, I designed the newsletter and corresponding marquee asset to work together as part of a cohesive retention campaign. This required careful attention to typography, spacing, image selection, and content prioritization so that each send aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals while remaining easy for users to navigate. Because the project was recurring, speed and precision were essential, and I worked within a framework that allowed for quick turnaround without compromising design quality.

Result: The final creative supported Paramount+ retention efforts by delivering a consistent, branded sports marketing experience that could flex around the demands of live programming. The system helped keep subscribers engaged with key sports content while giving the marketing team a reliable and scalable framework for recurring communications. This project reflects my ability to design high-volume streaming marketing creative that balances brand consistency, content agility, and audience engagement.
