Synergy Sessions is a house music DJ mix series created to visually capture the rhythm, energy, and immersive atmosphere of the set itself. The goal of the artwork was to translate the underground, late-night spirit of house music culture into a bold visual identity that feels cinematic, atmospheric, and emotionally connected to the sound.
The design approach combined layered textures, expressive typography, and dynamic composition to create a sense of movement and sonic depth. Strong contrast and visual hierarchy were carefully balanced to ensure the artwork remained impactful across both physical CD packaging and digital streaming platforms.
This project allowed for a high level of creative freedom while maintaining a cohesive visual language that aligned with Justin REM’s sound and the evolving identity of the ongoing Synergy Sessions series.
