I designed a high-impact onboarding email campaign for Paramount+ as part of the first design team to transition email production into a Figma-based workflow, helping modernize the way retention communications were built, reviewed, and scaled. This initiative represented more than a new design process. It was a foundational shift in operational approach, creating a more efficient system for producing subscriber-facing creative at significantly greater volume without sacrificing visual quality.

The project required balancing two priorities at once: delivering a polished, brand-forward onboarding experience for subscribers while also helping establish a workflow built for greater speed, flexibility, and scale. The campaign needed to feel visually engaging and premium across touchpoints, while functioning within a responsive production system that could support both desktop and mobile execution with consistency and precision.

My role included creating hero artwork, banners, and animated GIFs in Photoshop, then adapting those assets into responsive Figma layouts optimized for email production. This process required a careful balance of creativity and structure, ensuring the work retained its visual energy while fitting into a repeatable, developer-ready system. I focused on hierarchy, motion, readability, and modular layout thinking so the final designs could perform effectively across devices while maintaining a cohesive Paramount+ brand experience.

Because this work sat at the intersection of design and production transformation, cross-functional collaboration was especially important. Once the layouts were approved in Figma, they were handed off to backend developers for HTML build and deployment, making clean organization, layout precision, and handoff clarity essential to the process. The project demanded a systems mindset as much as a visual one, requiring design decisions that could support both strong creative output and operational reliability.

The results of the workflow shift were substantial. By contributing to this new Figma-based production model, the team was able to support the deployment of up to 500,000 additional communications per month, significantly expanding output while preserving consistency, polish, and brand integrity. The project stands as a strong example of how design can create impact not only through the final creative itself, but through the systems and processes that make that creative scalable.

This work highlights my experience in lifecycle and retention marketing, responsive email design, and cross-functional implementation at scale. It reflects my ability to pair premium visual execution with process-minded thinking, building creative that supports both subscriber engagement and measurable operational growth.
